How Do I Pay?

The clinic accepts Medicaid, Care Source, Wellcare, Buckeye and Unison. Some traditional insurance is accepted. You may call the 800 number listed on your insurance card to verify that we are a provider.
The clinic is not free. Dental care is partially funded by a property tax health levy, grants, and patient fees.
We ask for 6 weeks of pay stubs from all working family members and then we also look at the number of people living in the household. This assists us in determining what type of discount we may give you as a patient. We also ask for a minimum payment of $25.00 and we can assist you with a payment plan as needed.
