We are your resource for Health Information, Car Seat Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and the Medina County Medical Reserve Corps.

Internships


Kristen Hildreth, Director of Health Promotion (left) with Megan Riley, our Spring 2012 intern from Kent State University's Master of Public Health program (right). Megan Riley is the Medina County Health Deparment's first intern to lead the Move For the Health of It Health Fair, 5k, and Fun Walk. She played an integral role in organizing the successful event on April 28, 2012.

Unpaid internship opportunities are available to undergraduate and graduate majors in public health, health education, health promotion, behavioral health, emergency preparedness, communications, marketing, wellness, and prevention. Internships opportunities are limited, so we encourage anyone interested to contact Kristen Hildreth, PhD, MCHES, Director of Health Promotion, as early as possible for an interview.
