ADULT HEALTH CLINIC

YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THESE SERVICES

Our Adult Health Clinic focuses on disease prevention, education and wellness.

Adult Health Clinics are currently held on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, by appointment only. Public Health Physicians and Nurses provide these services.

Services include:

Physicals (work, pre-college, vocational, sports, women's health)
Sexually Transmitted Disease Education (STD), Diagnosis, and Treatment
Breast Exams and Breast Self Exam Education
Pap Tests for Cervical Cancer
PSA and Prostate Exams and Education
Colorectal Cancer Screening
HIV Counseling and Testing
Tuberculosis Testing
Adult Immunizations

Women's Health

Please call the Medina County Health Department Nursing Division for information about the Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention Program. Information is also available about mammograms, pap smears, breast exams, and cervical cancer screenings.

Please call 330-723-9688 or toll-free at 1-888-723-9688 (option 1) and ask for the Women's Health Nurse.

The photo on the right is the Medina County Health Department's entry, "Be Your Own Lifesaver" for the Women Helping Women Fundraiser. The funds go to providing free mammograms, Pap tests and other screenings for women who have no health care coverage. This bra was created by Diane Hendershot.

We have low cost fees. Payment options include:

Sliding Fee Scale with income verification
Payment plan options
