BUREAU FOR CHILDREN WITH MEDICAL HANDICAPS (BCMH)

BCMH is a program of the Ohio Department of Health which provides diagnostic services and treatment to children with certain chronic medical conditions. The Public Health Nursing goal is to identify and assist families to obtain BCMH services. Services provided include home visits by Public Health Nurses and coordination of BCMH eligible care.

To speak to a BCMH Public Health Nurse to see if your child may quailify for BCMH services please call 330-723-9688 or 1-888-723-9688 and select option 1.
