VISION AND HEARING SCREENING

Services are provided by appointment. Walk-ins will be accommodated as the schedule permits. To schedule an appointment for clinic services please call 330-723-9688 or
1-888-723-9688 and select option 1.

Public Health Nurses provide basic visual acuity screening and audiometer hearing tests for children 3 years of age and older. In the event a visual or hearing problem is identified, referrals for follow-up with advanced health professionals are made.
