5-2-1-0 Lets Go!



This flexible program focuses on increasing healthy eating behaviors and physical activity through simple messages and a lot of fun. Messages focus on the behaviors that increase risk for obesity: low fruit and vegetable intake; screen time; lack of physical activity; and over consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages.
