  • FNC Recipe box - a website to find healthy recipes for the entire family. Kid friendly recipes and links to reliable nutrition information.



  • ChopChop - a website to find many kid friendly recipes and tips to involve kids in the kitchen.

  • Visit Whole Grains Council to see the whole grain stamp and to find ways to cook using whole grains. The whole grain stamp will help you find whole grain products in the store easier.


  • Are you finding it hard to add fruits and vegetables into your everyday diet? Fruits and Veggies - More Matters can help you eat a little more fruits and vegetables everyday! Try to add fruits and vegetables as snacks. Great Snacks that are about 100 calories or less. For example:
